In this 10 week course you will learn to change daily habits that can transform how you:

Metabolize Food

Deal with stress

Get a full and deep night’s rest

As a result of The Body Evolves course, you will see a shift in your relationship around food so that you begin to feed and nurture yourself so well that your ideal weight can be reached and easily maintained.


PEOPLE IN THIS COURSE HAVE LOST BETWEEN 4-20 POUNDS IN 10 WEEKS!!


The habits are incorporated slowly and gradually so that you are able to shift unhealthy habits and
open yourself to more vibrant health.


The Body Evolves course can lead to:

 Less inflammation in your joints and respiratory system

 More fluidity in your muscle tissue and joints and facia

 More easeful digestion with less bloating, gas, constipation

Through the 10 new habits you will experience:

Jackie’s course has been transformative, for a range of reasons.Jackie is a gifted, empathetic teacher that is genuinely concerned with the development of our her students. The underlying message of the course is immensely empowering: that we each have the power to take control of our lives and change fairly significant aspects of our lives, even ones that have alluded previous attempts at control. To me, that has been the fundamental energizing concept that has underscored everything we have undertaken in the course. .. It has had a snowballing effect, once you start applying that approach to all aspects of your life.More specifically, since I’ve started this course, I have become far more productive at work, greatly increasingly my own output (writing). I’m also working at a higher, more creative, more insightful level.I have much greater clarity of thought at work and in my emotional relationships. I have had to navigate some very tricky, highly charged family dynamics during this time and was able to do so in a very constructive, insightful, productive fashion.My primary relationship, already strong, has improved. I’ve been more energetic and for the most part less sleepy.
In terms of habits, I’ve become a huge supporter of the green smoothie revolution. I’m also eating much smaller dinners and getting more sleep.

Having almost completed the ten week Body Evolve group, I can say that the program exceeded my expectations. It is not magic – I worked at it – but it was easier and more fun than I expected. The habits I have developed make me feel good in body and spirit. In the past I have tried many different methods to “break my bad habits”  but with the Body Evolve I have seen them melt away, little by little.Jackie is an excellent leader and she put together a terrific group of people who were willing to change. It really helps knowing that she is doing the work with us, and her compassion, enthusiasm and humor have been a great support to us all.
I was initially unsure about taking this class.  It was not in my comfort zone of things I had been exposed to and I was worried about being pressured to do things I was not comfortable with.  I ended up taking a chance, both because I knew I need to take better care of myself and also wanted to support and share it with my wife.  I am so glad that I did.  Jackie is an exceptional teacher – knowledgeable, enthusiastic, supportive, wise, and accepting.  She stressed the Kaizen approach from the start, taking small, manageable steps, and that immediately removed any pressure I had worried about,  I have lost 20 pounds just through the change in eating, and it does not feel at all like a “diet!”  Most importantly, I have gained a sense of control and well-being that I can do this–I am actually making my health better.  It no longer feels like a mystery or something I am not capable of doing.  And that is huge for me.  There is a sense of well-being that is new for me.  This does not mean I don’t still totally enjoy forays into rich, comfort foods, but that is also a choice and now feels within a larger framework of self-care that I never had before.
